I started out doing birthday parties for my family on an old VHS tape and in 2001, I began studying technical photography. It wasn't until I started doing documentary work that I really cut my teeth.
Through journalism and documentary film I learned how to approach people, how to move quietly but respectfully while getting the job done. Photo and video is a way of life, a way of setting out for adventure and meeting interesting people.
I started EKF Productions in 1996 as an idea, over the years the company formed itself naturally without me realizing it.
