Focusing on long tracking shots

So my hero for cinematography is a Mexican DP by name of Chivo, or Emmanuel Lubezki, you might recognize his work on Birdman or the revenant. I have always wanted to try out some of those long tracking shots, those shots really link the exciting elements of live theater with cinema. So this is what i got rigged up now. Gimble on a steadicam attached to a double spring metal arm attached to a metal plate strapped over my chest. So far nobody has been hurt in this rig except for myself a little bit. Its going to take alot of practice to get good at this but these are some of my first attempts.
